Sleep-a-lot! I think I just invented a new game concept.
My second best medicine against sleepiness is sugar. It isn't good for your teeth, but gives you a little kick.
The best one is sleep.
Sleeping once in a while, even when you're not supposed to be sleeping, is allowed. If you're feeling incredibly sleepy during the day, take a nap in the nearest bed-looking object.
You could also try... mmm... planning! I love planning things while lying down. Draw, sketch, plan your weekend, make a to-do list... those are some of the funniest things I know.
If you're not feeling sleepy by the end of this comment, I think you've been cured! But if you feel even sleepier... I'm sorry. You'll be refunded.
Another good trick is to stop thinking. I think-a-lot. Ha! New game concept! Mwahahahah!

same. i can't stop thinking. x_x' it's sad. specially because during the day when I WANT TO think something to don't sleep... I can't think anything.
I normally sleep listening to a continuous sound. Normally it means the air conditioning's sound (I sometimes just turn it on in a VEEEEEEEERY low 'working' option, to don't use sooooo much electricity. just to hear the sound. xD), but you can buy one of that happy cd's in a low-cost shop, with sounds of birds/the forest/the sea/etc. They must help
